Society Hill @ Jersey City is a private, gated community of over 1,400 condos and townhouses bordering the Newark Bay. Droyers Point or Phase III offers a clubhouse, inground pool, tot lot, and a fitness center. Every home includes either a one or two car garage plus driveway parking. Floor plans range from 1,444 sq. ft. to 2,146 sq. ft. and range from two to three bedrooms. Phase III consists of 380 units.
Society Hill and Droyers Point residents can take advantage of the Private Bus/Shuttle Service which runs to and from the Journal Square PATH station Monday thru Friday.
